On the website there is a timeline for the movie. And according to that timeline, the English cast was announced in the end of 2002.

The English voiceovers was recorded in London October of 2002, according to the timeline on the homepage. There is also a little icon that looks like a loudspeaker, but it's not clickable. I wish it was. I want to hear what it'll sound like. Now! Please....

So, what was the TV show about then, CS? And what would you compare it to? I'm intrigued...

The show used the exact same animation used in the film, and it's basically about these two old men (and their friends) who do nothing but do drugs, drinking and watching porn (and I believe they're also criminals). I guess it's supposed to be a black comedy type thing, though I can't remember it making me laugh much. I'm not sure what I'd compare it too... it's very Scandinavian/Norwegian.

Now that I took a closer look it is actually a movie with the characters from the tv-show. Eh, I can't imagine how it would be any good in English, even with such a great cast, but we'll see.

Perhaps they'll substitute some weirder Scandinavian humour with some more "British" humour? Since there'll surely be some jokes we won't understand in it due to cultural differences and whatnot.

Scandinavian humour is generally really good, I'm not having anything against it, but there are times when it's a bit too weird even for me. The comic strips with theese characters is not my favourite, but I really can't imagine the gents doing something that would disapoint us. I believe in Jimmy!
