Love the T Shirt Chez!

As for 2013, well that's what I expected. What with Benny Star Trekking and Freeman being all Hobbity I didn't expect them to get to Sherlock this year. Plus I think I can say with confidence that it will no doubt be worth the wait.

At least I have series 1 and 2 to watch over and over until it's 2013! *hugs DVDs*

I am loving some of the silly photos 'Turning up your coat collar to be more like Sherlock' is posting on facebook. It must be so weird being famous when people do stuff like this to photos of you:

and

Quickly:

I was feeling rather down yesterday afternoon, but when I woke this morning, I had a smile on my face and the sense that something really amazing had happened. On the way to work, I suddenly remembered a snippet of a choppy dream I'd had last night. The only detail that stuck with me was that Benedict Cumberbatch was really into me. Silly, but such is the power of dreams: it brought a content grin to my face that hasn't completely been chased away by the stress of the day. =happy "if only" sigh= :D

Ha! He's also going to be at the Avengers premiere tonight, apparently. Too bad I have other plans (such as staying the eff as far away from any insane movie premiere as is humanly possible. ).

(Doesn't mean I didn't think about it a teeny little bit, though.)

I'm guessing you ladies have read the New York Times interview with Mr. Cumberbatch, but in case you haven't, here's the link:

OMG, he does! Good spot! It's the braces and the hair color. =wibble=

Erm, I'm a confessed weirdo, but is it super strange that I seem to see a footprint on the bottom of his shoe? It makes total sense, now I think of it; a foot puts pressure on the bottom of a shoe, and of course, there will be more wear on the sole where that pressure has been applied. I just...I don't recall ever seeing wear that looked so very much like a complete footprint. Or have I finally just gone completely bonkers?

I didn't mean to notice that, I swear!
