The second year wasn't as good though. Probably the pressure of being so good the year before!

Considering those two make me want to gouge my own eyes out and pour bleach in my ears, I think I'll give it a miss. Not that I doubt you; I'm sure they were really funny, but...well...I've grown accustomed to being able to look at things and not have a bleachy brain. Besides, I don't know that I could get my hands on it at this point. Unless it's the one with Tennant. That's the only other one I still have, although I still haven't watched it.

He was on the first one, I think.
He appeared as the random celebrity asking a question.
"You got me confused with the other Angel. You know, the one in the dirty trenchcoat. The one who's in love with you"

Completely unsurprised that So-and-So was eliminated last night on Dancing on Ice. They started out the season so well, but seemed to get worse, rather than better. Last night's offering was pretty dismal. They seemed a lovely person, but I think it's best they're gone. :/

I agree, I thought they might go. It is pretty easy to guess who is the next one to hit the bottom of the board, not so much to go as that could change with the public vote and the public can be crazy!
I was pretty disappointed all round to be honest. I think I expect too much from Jorgie and Matt so I was a bit bored with their preformances. Last week was hard to top mind you.

Aaaaaaaaand I think Being Human just lost a viewer. What drew me to it in the first place was that it was about three people who felt like freaks trying to fit in in the world and live something like a normal life. Now it's gone all timey wimey and supernatural warfarey and they've killed off all but one of the original characters in the space of two episodes, so who is left for me to care about? Some baby that's going to grow up to fulfill the prophecy that she has to die and go back in time to kill herself...or whatever? No thanks. Unless some of you continue watching and tell me that something amazing is developing and I should get back on board, I'm done.

I didn't even watch the new episode, that's how much I was put off. I loved Mitchell so gutted when he went. I don't actually like the characters that are left tbh so didn't bother to tune in. Like you I will rewatch if anyone says it is amazing but until then no thanks.

Read reviews and things today that said Toby Whithouse wanted to sort of reboot the show and take it in a totally different direction. That's all well and good, but if you want to do a new show, how about doing a totally new show rather than torching one that already exists and has interested followers?

Numpty.

Just said in another thread that i thought second episode was alright but totally agree he should have done something new. He's even lost his best writer IMO (Brian Dooley...he done the Gilbert Fun episode and the second episode of the last series)

Hell, he could even have done a spin-off, if he wanted to do a new show in the Universe he'd already created.
