I turned it into a verb. It’s just such a beautiful term because, out of its original context, it’s one of those where you hear it and you are convinced you know what is meant by it. Then you think about it for a second and you go, “Huh?”

Seriously, I've always loved characters in stuff that have to deal with repressing their emotions or having no emotions at all- Data I'm looking at you. So having Quinto play this character and behaving in this way is just making weird things happen inside my tummy.

I have a friend who went to see it. Not a Star Trek fan. Not a Quinto fan. She is not like me in any way. But she can't stop raving about Spock, like he's some sort of rippling Chippendale sex stud.
