Has anyone seen Spartacus Vengeance? I'm three episodes in now. When I started I didn't think it was all that but it's finally got going and I'm gripped again. New guy as Spartacus looks right, for the but as soon as he opens his mouth it's all wrong. I can be forgiving due to circumstances and I'm getting used to him already and Andy Whitfield was always going to be a tough act to follow.

Incidentally, rewatching all of Being Human and actually enjoying series 4 much more on a second viewing and an OCD vampire is actual genius!

I don't think Alphas has come to UK TV as yet.

I was careful not to post about Downton too!

Did anyone see Horror Europa with Mark. Twas bloody marvellous and I have a whole new lot of horror movies to see. Like this one - a Spanish zombie movie filmed in the Peak District!

And this gorgeous looking creature:

Still on BBC4 iplayer i think.

I am not that big on Argento either - he is a bit OTT. That wee doll was creepy as *beep* but it is contrived menace. Too quirky by half. The Spanish movies seemed far more intriguing because they used a good solid premise.

I'm annoyed Colin Baker is on there! I have to watch as I know him well enough he knows my name, so feel obliged to egg him on! He is coming across well. I reckon he could do well, he isn't talking behind people's backs, everyone seems to like him and his rap was something else, plus he danced with a Pussycat doll!

Voodoo Lady wrote:I'm quite liking him so far, myself. I've only got through episode 2, as I only decided to watch yesterday. ;) I am sad to report that I'm hooked. I've never watched the UK version. I saw part of an episode of the US version when they tried it a few years back and thought it just looked awful, so I turned up my nose. Now I find I quite like it.

EDIT: Does anyone else find it annoying when people say things like, "He was a Doctor Who!"? Doctor Who is the name of the show, not the character. I totally get that it's way easier to say that than to say, "He was a Doctor on Dr. Who," so I try not to let it bother me. But it does. A little. ;)
I've never watched it dismissing it as rubbish (which it is) but I'm hooked!

I'm dying for tonight's installment, if for only Hugo gets a smack in the mouth!

Helen is annoying because she deliberately infantilises herself to get what she wants. And she is really really stupid.

I like Linda and Ashley because they seem nice people. The rest are all a bit annoying.

At this point, I don't think I'd blame the camp for cooking *her* for supper.
What trial has she flunked in that one? Useless. Quite why she went on there is a mystery to me!

I am actually actually addicted to this I'm ashamed to say. I don't like Eric either. I don't think he is long for staying in there. Predictably, I like the Pussy Cat Doll!

I am obvously cheering on Colin. I was sad when Brian left due to medical reasons he was my second favourite to win. Helen is just awful.

The highlight so far has to be Colin and Eric doing that rap

See, if you give these shows a chance you'll see how great they are! I'm a Celeb is such great entertainment. And it's not the yucky trials - I don't like watching people suffer, I prefer the fun trials like Celebrity Cyclone - it's just brilliant to watch. I was so gutted to miss two weeks of it when I went away.

Do you like Hannibal Lector? What about Bryan Fuller TV shows? And Danish actors with the cheekbones of glory? Well how about all 3 together? Finally - is your name Teh Sefi? Well I have the show for you ...

It also has Zoe from Firefly and the gay one from Kids in the Hall. I am dead exciting.

Ooh speaking of which, I just saw something about a show called Revolution I think and it's from Eric Kripke so I may have to watch that when it airs.
