Hell yes!

I have to say that it's wonderful and trippy that all my geek friends here in the states know of and love Teh Gatiss now. Between Sherlock and Who, they've discovered him, and I've been able to retroactively introduce them to the Gents. Or I've tried. Not sure how many of them have actually checked it out.

Is it silly to feel proud that our little Marky has done so well? (I know, I don't even know the fellow. Fandom is complicated and strange that way.)

Oh, I feel exactly the same! Oddly proud of someone I've met only in 2 minute intervals many years ago. Weirdest moment was when Stewart and I went to see his MR James thing at the BFI, and it was nearly sold out... and yet we really easily got tickets for a Dario Argento thing. I had a moment of shock: 'Gatiss is bigger than Dario Argento?!?'

I finally met Mark last weekend at The Doctor Who Festival. It was very brief but he was lovely. :P

That's awesome! I've never met him, but hopefully someday.

So I came into this forum to make sure Right on the Mark was at the top... and it already was! Right where he belongs. Good. 8)

I know! I nearly shed a tear. Absolutely beautiful in every way.
