Re: American, Jessica Lange rules, Horror Story

I really enjoyed Freak show. I loved the story and it lots of great characters. This series has made me want to see the previous series. They are on my to watch list. I also have Jessica Lange singing Gods and Monsters on my ipod.

I enjoyed watching this on channel 5. I keep seeing adverts saying coming soon. I want to know when!

Re: Elementary, my dear Watson - Sherlock/Cumberbatch chat

It's a shame how much money the event and autographs are. I would have jumped at the chance to meet Cumberbatch and Mark.

Re: Dr Who

I'm not quite sure why we're spoiler-sizing things since there's only five of us on here and we've all seen it, but here goes anyway... (though I vote we stop because it's hard to read - I just don't read the threads until after I've watched it!) I don't mind stopping it. I only did it due to a few...

Re: Dr Who

Well, I've been enjoying the series. There have been one or two rubbish episodes but there have been rubbish episodes since the classic era. Just my opinion i find missy being the master interesting. I would have loved to have seen Simm for a regeneration, but I understand why they didn't do it. I a...

I'm enjoying Freak Show. I haven't seen the previous series of American Horror Story ( where have I been) I'll try and find them. I've seen the first tow episodes.

Re: Welcome to Night Vale

I've only listened to three of them so far. I'm going to listen to more this weekend. I have looked at the London dates but could only do the Saturday and it looks like it's sold out.

Re: Dr Who

Yesterday's episode was okay, not my favourite though. The ending was not good. There were some interesting ideas just not well executed. I'm still enjoying twelve.

Re: Dr Who

I enjoyed Flatline very much.
Voodoo Lady wrote: Missy, perhaps? Is Clara a droid or under her influence or something? She definitely seems different, and again things are off.
I think there is something off about Clara lately, perhaps your right and it is part of the arc

Re: The Penny Dreadfuls - Also known as Aeneas Faversham

His normal stand up is great very thoughtful. I went to see a free show he did in the afternoon and i think he got put off by these two random old ladies who decided to take a seat and discuss their shopping  so it wasn't a great show.

Re: The Penny Dreadfuls - Also known as Aeneas Faversham

Humphrey has been in America. He was developing a sitcom for abc. Not sure about David. thom had been doing his own stuff. I saw his adaption of Harold pinter's A Slight Ache, which I enjoyed. I also saw his free stand up show in edinburgh.

It would be great if they did something together again.

Re: Dr Who

I'm loving capaldi. He reminds me a lot of the classic Doctors. My favourite episodes so far have been Listen and mummy on the orient express.

I'm off to a charity Doctor Who event in December where I will be meeting Capaldi. Can't wait.
